Day 1: arrival Hanoi – Halong bay (-/L/D)
Today, you arrive at Noi Bai airport. You are welcomed by your local tour guide and drive to Ha Long Bay, one of the most magnificent scenic environments in the world. Check in hotel, take a rest. Free time to swim in Bay Chay beach or visit Tuan Chau Island, take tramcar to look overview of the resort, relax in sand beach, enjoy white whale show…Overnight stay in Ha Long.
Day 2: Halong bay - Hanoi (B/L/D)
Breakfast, then transfer to tourist boat quay, we take trip cruise on Ha Long bay, the World Heritage with thousands of island rising from the sea, exploring this overwhelming seascape from the decks of a traditional Vietnamese boat, visit Thien Cung Heavenly Palace Grotto, Dau Go Hidden Wood Grotto and take picture at Stone Dog Islet, Incense Burner islet, Fighting Cocks Islet, swim in Titov island’s beach.
In the afternoon, we drive back to Hanoi capital, en route, visit Dong Trieu ceramic village. We arrive in Hanoi, a city of lakes, shaded boulevards, public parks, and the capital of Vietnam, check in hotel. Then, proceed to West Lake, take picture of Sunset in Westlake, visit Tran Quoc pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Vietnam that was built in 541 year. Dinner is served with Shrimp Cake, speciality of the West Lake. . Overnight stay in Hanoi
Day 3: Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Hanoi (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we drive to Ninh Binh, a long the way, enjoy peaceful sightseeing of Vietnam’s countryside. Capital of Vietnam during the Dinh and early Le Dynasties is Hoa Lu, which however has left its legacy in the form of two small temples, each one nearly a thousand years old. After a short drive we visit these two remaining structures, dedicated to the Dinh and Le Rulers, and then climb 200 steps to the top of Ma Yen mount for a fantastic view over the surrounding areas. The next stop of our trip is Tam Coc which is surnamed “Inland Halong Bay”. We take a boat trip on a river through the quiet and peaceful landscape of rice fields surrounded by limestone formations to the grottoes of Tam Coc with Hang Ca, Hang Hai, Hang Ba (the first, the second and the third grottos). Then, return to Hanoi. Dinner will be served with West Lake’s Shrimp Cake Speciality. Then, enjoy unique traditional water puppet show. Overnight stay in Hanoi.
Day 4: Hanoi – Huong perfume pagoda – Hanoi (B/L/D)
Breakfast, leave for Ha Tay, arrive Duc Pier, take boat to go along Yen stream, visit Perfume Pagoda with Trinh temple, Thien Tru pagoda, Giai Oan stream, Huong Tich grotto “ the most beautiful grotto in Vietnam” Lunch, take a rest then return to hanoi. Enjoy dinner with “Cha Ca La Vong” - La Vong grilled fish pies. Overnight stay in Hanoi
Day 5: Hanoi departure (B/L/-)
After breakfast, visit the imposing gray marble Mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh, Ba Dinh historical square, President Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s house on tilts and fish pond, One Pillar Pagoda. Depends on your flight, if we have enough time, proceed to visit the thousand-year-old Temple of Literature – the first university in Vietnam. Sightseeing and shopping at Dong Xuan market. Then, transfer to Noi Bai airport for your departure flight.
