Pick  you up at your hotel to the starting point. Spend the rest of the day in the countryside where children point and wave at you. Cycle leisurely along stunning rice fields and through villages. Stop as often as you like. By the end of this challenging day, you will reach My Tho at the upper arm of the Mekong River. (Distance of cycling: 50 km)
Day 2: My Tho - River Island: 50 km (B/L/-)

AM: Discover the remote part of the delta along - and sometimes right through - fruit and palm tree plantations. Numerous bridges and ferries emphasize the character of this region. Day 3: My Tho - Can Tho: 60 km (B/L/-)

PM: Free at your pleasure

Day 4: Around Can Tho: 50 km (B/L/-)

AM: A visit to Can Tho would not be complete without a visit to the colourful floating markets. Simply go there on your bicycle, and rent a small sampan to cruise the market. On the way back, the surroundings of Can Tho also prove gorgeous and very suitable for cycling. (Distance of cycling: 50 km)
PM: Free at your pleasure
Day 5: Can Tho - Long Xuyen: 60 km (B/L/-)

AM: Cycle for Long Xuyen through a vast region of the delta with grandiose panoramas, stopover to take a short rest and have a drink at the cafes or speak with the local population, There are several ferries of various sizes in this stretch. (Distance of cycling: 50 km)
PM: Arrival at Long Xuyen this late afternoon, free at your pleasure.

Day 6: Long Xuyen - Chau Doc: 60 km (B/L/-)

AM: Via a remote area full of surprises, you reach your goal: Chau Doc. Fortunately, most of this final stretch has been surfaced. (Distance of cycling: 60 km)
PM: Free at your pleasure
Day 7: Chau Doc - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L/-)

AM: On the last day, a minivan taking you back to Hochiminh City
PM: Arrive in Hochiminh City late afternoon.
You can continue your journey by boat to Phnom Penh, the capital city of Cambodia; in this case, we only come to collect the bicycles.
