The best practice is to get the visa stamped on your passport before the departure by applying to one of the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate in the world. If you want to avoid waiting for a long time to get visa approved at an Embassy outside Vietnam (from 4 to 10 days), we can arrange to get the visa approved code service for you (from 1 to 3 working days). After approval, we will send notification (by fax or attached email) to you and fax the approval to your desired Embassy or Consulate, you then just bring your passport to that Embassy or Consulate to get the visa stamp on your passport on the same day and ready to go to Vietnam.

But in case there is not any Vietnam embassy or Consulate in your country or you just want to visit Vietnam at once on the way you travel, the Visa on Arrival is the solution. The Visa on Arrival is the visa stamped on your passport at an International airport on your arrival at Vietnam. But this visa only be issued if you applied for it in advance and approved. If you apply for this type of visa, after approval, we will send a copy to you by fax or attached email. We keep the original to help you getting the visa easily at arrival check point in Vietnam.

1- VISA EXEMPTION
•    Not more than 30 days: for citizens of Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Laos.
•    Not more than 15 days: for citizens of Japan and South Korea, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland. (Vietnamese diplomatic and official passport holders are exempted from visa requirements to enter Japan).
•    French citizens holding valid diplomatic passports are exempt from visa requirements when visiting Vietnam and are allowed to stay for up 3 months at one time or on several visits within six months since their first immigration dates. Vietnamese citizens holding valid diplomatic passports also enjoy similar privileges.
•    Citizens of Chile and Vietnam holding valid diplomatic or official passports from one of the two countries are exempt from needing entry, exit and transit visas in the other's territory and are allowed to stay for up 60 days on each visit.

2- VISA ON ARRIVAL SERVICE
Visa on Arrival means the visa that you can collect upon arrival at the airport. The advantages of visa on arrival are you will not need to go anywhere to apply for the visa and it is convenient for people who really want to save their valuable time in business.

However, the airlines will ask you to have a visa to let you get on board. You will need to have a copy of approval of visa on arrival which is issued by Vietnam Immigration Department. Airlines accept this copy when you do check-in procedure at departure airports and you can get visa upon arrival at airports in Vietnam easily

3- VISA APPROVAL ARRANGEMENT SERVICE
Types of Visa:
1. Tourist Visas
-    Only for single entry
-    Maximum stay in Vietnam of one month
-    Tourist visas may be extended after your arrival in Vietnam
2. Business visa
-    On applying this visa, the applicant should obtain the approval through their sponsor in Vietnam
-    Multiple entry and stay of 3 month or 6 month is possible

ARRANGEMENT FOR AN APPROVAL VISA OR VISA ON ARRIVAL BY LIT

The tourist visa is only for single entry and one month stay, but extendable after you enter Vietnam. Diplomatic, Official visas, Business and other type of visa should be applied through the official agencies or government or business sponsor.

How it works:
Just after receiving your information, we will process the visa immediately, in urgent case the process take only 1 to 2 working days, normal will take 3 to 5 working days.

Visa on Arrival: After approved, we also fax or email in attached file to you a copy of Approval letter. With this copy, you can start your travel to Vietnam. Please remember to bring at least your 2 photos size (4cmx 6cm)

Approval Code Visa: When it is approved, we will fax or email in attached file to you a copy of the Approval letter with code. Then you just go to the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate to get the visa.

APPLY FOR A VISA AT AN EMBASSY- REQUIREMENT & PROCEDURE

1. Passport must at least 6 months valid.
2. Visa application form.
3. 2 of your 4x6cm photos for visa stamp
4. Visa fee: in a range of 50 - 85US$ if applied directly to Embassy or 25-45 US$ if your visa has been pre-approved. This fee depends on Embassy and Type of visa.

The visa application form may vary from Embassy to Embassy, so you need to take the form from Embassy where you will get the visa. Submit this form filled with your original passport, 2 or 3 photos, visa fee. If you apply directly to Embassy, your information then be sent to Hanoi for approval, so it take about 4 to 10 days (depend on the country you apply). In case, the Visa is approved at Immigration Department in Hanoi, it takes you only one day.
